We believe passionately in the power of a network and have been given a opportunity to bring our dynamic mix of tourism and cultural organisations together to build a new vision for sustainable tourism in Cornwall through a one day virtual conference on 1st October 2020.
The conference – funded through Cultivator’s CLASH (Climate and Sustainability Hive) strand – will open up debate about how Cornwall can become a truly sustainable creative destination. In light of the climate emergency and the Covid19 pandemic – what do we need to hold on to and what should we let go of?
As well as talks including a keynote from Vicky Smith (Earthchangers ) and a panel discussion, we will be inviting everyone attending to get involved with creative networking activities devised by our co-hosts Kill the Cat Theatre. We hope to generate rich dialogue to inform an emerging vision and strategies for regenerative tourism being led by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership.
