Summer 2016 Competition to win a 2 night break in Cornwall

Terms & Conditions

The prize comprises a two stay night including bed and breakfast for two adults at the Polurrian Bay Hotel, entry to the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and afternoon tea for two at the Fowey Hall Restaurant.

There are no cash alternatives and the prizes are non-transferable. Accommodation at the Polurrian Hotel is subject to availability and excludes the following periods: 1st July – 7th September 2016, 23rd – 31st October 2016, 22nd December 2016 – 1st January 2017, 10th – 17th February 2017, 31st March – 17th April 2017 and 26th – 31st May 2017. Travel is not included in the prize and additional charges apply for drinks, spa treatments and other items not stated in the competition.  Tickets to the National Maritime Museum Cornwall (2 adults and 2 children) are valid for one day entry only. Afternoon tea at Fowey Hall restaurant is subject to availability and must be booked in advance before 31^st May 2017.  The different elements of the prize may be redeemed on different dates.

If due to circumstances beyond our control, the businesses are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved. By providing personally identifiable information when entering this free prize draw, Cornwall 365 (Creative Kernow), Luxury Family Hotels, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Visit Cornwall may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services including surveys. You may receive communications from each business, although you can unsubscribe at any time, if you wish to do so. None of the businesses providing the prize, Cornwall 365 or Visit Cornwall will rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.

All names and email addresses will be entered into a free prize draw.  Only one entry per person. The draw will be made by Cornwall 365. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days after the draw.
