Get Creative Coordinator
Full time, permanent, £ 21,000 pa
37.5 hours a week, including occasional evening and weekend working
If you love working with schools, community groups and bringing order and positivity to a team – we are looking for someone to join our Get Creative department. You’ll provide key support to Hall for Cornwall’s outreach team, working to provide opportunities for young people, schools and community groups to get involved with our creative programme.
What you’ll be doing
- Meeting visitors and assisting with registration and set-up of events.
- Preparing contracts, invoice processing, email and phone correspondence, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Supporting the team to collect and interpret data to assist in the evaluation and communication of our work.
- Being the primary contact for participants, schools, teachers, and audiences.
- Helping support the team to deliver projects on budget.
- Assisting with data gathering and monitoring to help us improve customer experience.
- Ensure all cash handling and transactional bookings are well managed and accurately captured within our booking systems.
- Be the first point of contact, sift information, understand the priorities and distribute accordingly.
Who we’re looking for, someone with…
- Two years’ experience in administration, either in an office or at project management level
- Excellent communication skills – able to deal with a range of different audiences, both on the phone and face to face.
- An aptitude for data collection, management and reporting.
- The skills to organise large amounts of information in both digital and paper systems.
- Good working knowledge of technology, particularly in use of Windows, Excel and databases.
- A high level of attention to detail and the skills to produce accurate and well-presented documents.
- The ability to co-ordinate meetings and take minutes effectively.
- This role will require a clear DBS enhanced check
