We’re looking for key ticketing and sales specialists to help deliver great entertainment and experiences to all our audiences. We want team players who are passionate about delivering exemplary customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the building. These new welcome team roles are integral to setting the culture, tone and high standards expected in our new venue. Ticketing Supervisor – Sales & Data Lead

• Full time, permanent, £23,000 pa – Starting ASAP
• Average of 37.5 hours a week, including evening and weekends.

Ticketing Supervisor – Team & Customer Relations Lead

• Full time, permanent, £23,000 pa – Starting Aug/Sep 21
• Average of 37.5 hours a week, including evening and weekends.
• Interview Date: Wed 30 June

Welcome Team: Ticketing Assistants

• Two posts, starting in Aug/Sep 21
• Full time, permanent, £ 19,500 pa
• Average of 37.5 hours a week, including evening and weekends.
• Interview Date: Thu 1 July
